Happy July 4th and happy birthday to the United States! As the daughter of a veteran, I am so grateful for all of our wonderful and brave service men and women. We can never take our freedom for granted.
This is a very easy and pretty dessert to share at any of your summer gatherings. You can add or substitute other fresh fruit. I don’t recommend bananas, as yummy as they are, as they will get soggy and brown. The cream cheese adds to the decadence!
Cream cheese is combined with instant pudding, milk and heavy whipping cream.
I used frozen pound cake for convenience, but you could also use angel food cake, lady fingers or homemade pound cake.
You can arrange the top in different patterns, the possibilities are endless! So easy and sure to impress your friends and family
